I'm really excited to see how this has been going for you, been waiting for some pics. The chard and spinach look awesome! All of your plants look really healthy, nice work.

I've been getting pretty excited to try and grow something this year too, but was kind of stuck since I have no land and a pretty pathetic window space. I've decided to try a hanging tomato plant, partly for the entertainment of designing a hanging system, partly because after reading a bit, I'm dying to sink my teeth into some fresh-off-the-vine heirloom tomatoes. I'm fully prepared for failure though... I'll let you guys know how it goes. I also want to try a couple herbs: basil, and cilantro (it's called coriander over here), but I might be too ambitious. If it all works out, I'm going to make some mozzarella this summer (sounds quick and easy), bake some bread, and build up some tomato, basil & mozzarella sandwiches. Pour a little vinegar on top... and you're laughin'.
